TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DOMESTIC TOUR

1. Customer is responsible if any illegal found during the journey or broken any part by any of the passengers. Inno turtle group would in no manner whatsoever be liable for the same.
2. Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab/Tempo Traveller, Inno Turtle Groups is not responsible for any loss.
3. Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc. Inno Turtle Groups is not held responsible.
4. If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must call in Inno Turtle Groups, 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.
5. Sometimes Online Making Payment through Our Websites or any other mode it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.
6. Prices is subject to increase without any notice, if this rate substantially changes prior to departure and before a booking is confirmed. The customer would be required to pay such increase in the tour cost before the departure/booking confirmation.
7. Please Note that AC will not work during climb in Hills/Mountain and No claims to this regard shall be entertained. In case AC Failure, the fare will be taken as non-AC.
8. Kindly do not ask driver for over speeding or anything which is not legal if anything is found Inno turtle groups is not responsible.
9. Smoking and Drinking inside the tempo traveller is strictly not allowed. Customer is responsible for that same.
10. It shall be duty of the customer to inform in case there is any medical history of any of the passenger.
11. Booking Cab/Tempo traveller does not include the costs towards the insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable that the customer get insurance cover at their own costs.
12. Inno turtle Groups is not responsible for any damage of the client due to the reason beyond the control of Inno Turtle Groups.
13. The driver will not allow any additional passengers or luggage beyond what is allowed in the category of vehicle stated in the reservation. Parking charges, Airport Entry fees or any other form of Entry fees are NOT INCLUDED in the booking ticket. The customer is responsible for all such additional charges incurred during the trip.
14. If your booking is cancelled after you have been matched with your driver and taxi, it shall be treated as NO SHOW by customer. NO REFUND shall be applicable in such cases and entire booking /advance amount shall be treated as cancellation charges.
15. Driver, Vendor and Cab/ Tempo Traveller/BUS details will be shared up to 45 min before prior to departure. In case the Driver/Cab that reaches you for pick up is different from what we have communicated. Please do not board the cab and call us for assistance.
16. You need to collect receipts from the driver for any extra charges paid directly to the driver during the trip.
17. If customer pays any amount to vendor/driver without informing to company, Inno Turtle Groups will not be responsible for the same.
18. Inno Turtle, suggest to every customer not to pay to any personal account or any other personal transaction mode. Pay only current account of Inno Turtle, Paytm of Inno Turtle, google pay of Inno Turtle, phone pe of Inno Turtle, or instamojo GATE WAY, Payu money GATE Way. If you pay any personal account other than current account than Inno Turtle Groups has no responsibility.
19. If the vehicle is not in good condition at the time of pick up, please inform to company, phone or email id before start the trip.
20. The Regular rates not valid for any festival and weekend or season time.
21. Mentioned Rates not applicable for Chardham/Leh and Ladakh/ Jammu and Kashmir/Upper part of Himachal/ Uttarakhand.
22. Inno Turtle Groups might change driver and Taxi/ Tempo traveller details prior to boarding the Taxi/Tempo traveller in case Vehicle breakdown or other genuine reasons at Drivers/ Vendor end. No cancellation request shall be entertained in such cases.
23. If you feel Driver/Vendor demand undue payment than it is humble request to you kindly verify first with our customer support team 9808588461, 7275012623 than pay extra amount to driver or vendor , if you pay extra amount without company knowledge than Inno Turtle Group has no responsibility for extra payment.
24. Inno Turtle Group has no responsibility if you do not check starting KM reading and closing KM reading and driver demand for extra Kilometres charge.
25. Inno Turtle Group suggest you kindly proper sign DUTY SLIP (starting KM, Closing KM, Driver Name, Cab Number, Driver Number and DL with Driver Feedback.
26. Driver may ask for your identification. You must bring your GOVT ID Proof.
27. at the pickup time: You must check identification of the driver and confirm the license plate of your car/tempo traveller at the start of the trip. Do not ride if the vehicle is not commercially licensed.
28. Do not ride, if the vehicle and driver information do not match. We shall not be responsible or liable in any manner if you choose to ride in a vehicle that is not commercially licensed or ride with a driver other than the one that we have assigned to you.
29. One Day Means a One Calendar Day (From Midnight 12 to Midnight 10)
30. Distance will only be calculated from GARAGE to GARAGE
31. When making the reservation, please be clear on your requirements. You have the option to specify number of passengers, number of small and large luggage pieces and any special request. Our goal is to provide you with a quality service at a fair price. Information you provide us enables us to find the right vehicle that matches your requirements.
32. Driver will take time to fuel CNG vehicle & and that time duration would be included in journey hours.
33. Driver will take care of his fooding & lodging.
34. Base Fare includes Fuel charges, Taxi Rent charge, service charge and booking charge.
35. Inno Turtle Group reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking on account of any misbehave or misconduct viz. physically, orally or mentally with the driver. Inno Turtle Groups also reserves the right jointly and/or severally with the driver to take any action against you as available as per the law applicable at the time of the incident.
36. Customers should use seatbelt during trip any request for change in trip itinerary should be directly communicated to the company and should not be negotiated directly with the driver.
37. Sightseeing will be done as per the itinerary (Vehicle would not be allowed to go off the route.)
38. Driver will not drive on No entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
39. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
40. In case you want multiple visits to some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
41. We reserves the right to give you a similar car/Tempo Traveller if the vehicle you booked is unavailable.
